FBBR System – Fixed Bed Biological Reactor
The FBBR is the market's most efficient and robust biological wastewater treatment process. It also produces less sludge than conventional biological wastewater treatment processes. The FBBR can biologically treat municipal and industrial wastewater. FBR technology is independently verified by PIA GmbH- a leading notified test facility for wastewater treatment. Our fixed-bed biological treatment unit's ecological footprint is much smaller than conventional systems. FBR does not require any chemicals for operation and is a fully automated operation. The biology in the reactor regulates itself to a large extent and adjustments are made with simple control measures. The bioreactor is installed in a 20ft high cube sea container in the containerized version. One FBR containerized bioreactor can treat wastewater of approximately 700 PE. Suitable for fluctuating wastewater flows, consumes less electricity, is expandable, mobile, produces less noise, is highly efficient, and needs no building to house the plant.
Nature
The Nature is totally non electric wastewater treatment plant for 4-50 persons. It is sold in over 20 countries worldwide. The Nature uses natural ventilation to treat sewage without the need for any electricity. This means no maintenance or replacement parts. No odour or noise pollution. Biofilter material never needs to replaced. Plug and play.
I Cube
Danmotec iCUBE Containerized wastewater treatment plant is of modular design, and could be used where centralised sewage treatment is not available. It is ideally suited for condominiums, schools, hospitals, hotels, and office blocks. The system has an exceedingly small footprint in comparison to conventional systems, treated water could be reused for irrigation, toilet flushing etc. iCube has European CE and US FDA certification and has a plug and play design concept making installation simple. The bio filters and all components of iCube are of high quality, which will not require replacement for at least 6 years. iCube operates automatically requiring little operator attention with low operational cost. Hybrid Biological & Fixed Film Technology (HBF) is used in the system, combined with activated sludge making it a very efficient system

MBBR System – Moving Bed Bio Reactor
The ExtraPac™ is an advanced Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), pre-fabricated package sewage treatment plant, incorporating state of the art technology, whilst offering the most cost effective and compact system available. It is designed for population equivalents of 25 to 600, and is particularly suited for corporate buildings, construction sites, housing schemes, hotels, golf courses, holiday resorts in areas that are not connected to mains sewers. ExtraPac™ systems have been installed and tested in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific regions with over 10 units in Sri Lanka. The supplier factory is certified to ISO 9002 quality standards. Influent BOD5 is reduced to 10 mg/l with full nitrification, satisfying both current and anticipated future legislation. This is a single tank modular system which could be supplied in multiple units to meet customer requirement. All internal surfaces in contact with sewage are made from Fibre Reinforced Plastic and encased with a metal frame. All tanks are water tested prior to shipment. Civil works are minimal, needing only a balancing tank. The whole tank could be above ground or partially underground.

The domestic unit called ‘Foodcycler’ is a tabletop indoor unit which comes with built-in activated carbon filters that are replaceable and eliminates any processing smell. It could process 1.5-2.0 kg per cycle in five to six hours, consuming less than one unit of electricity per cycle.
