We have experience in the following markets:

Maldives

ICC has constructed a multitude of infrastructure and development projects, in both the private and public sectors of Maldives. The rapid construction of the airstrip at Fuahmulah, earned ICC a high commendation by the Former Maldivian President, Hon. M. Nasheed, for turning a marshy land into a brilliantly constructed airstrip in just five months.

Our Maldives office was established in 2008 in Male, to overlook all logistics, transport and financial activities, whilst maintaining cordial relations with all our valued stakeholders, and is a;

Registered Grade 01 Contractor in Maldives for General Building (GC01) and Civil Contracting (GC02); which covers the construction of all infrastructure, including roads, bridges, specialized mechanical & electrical and specific building construction work categories under National Contractors Registration by the Ministry of Housing & Infrastructure (Reg. No – NCR16283F01) (Certificate – Annexure 01)

Registered Foreign Contractor and re-registered as a Foreign Company under the Ministry of Economic Development (FC-0016/2011) (Certificate – Annexure 02)

Greater Mekong Sub-region (Myanmar)

Aspiring to be established as a General Contractor in the Greater Mekong sub-region, ICC Myanmar (Pvt) Ltd was established in 2017 and is currently conducting feasibility studies for the prospects of Durra Panel Boards, leading to negotiations for joint ventures and partnerships.

CSR Projects

As part of our affinity with the community, ICC is proud to partake in the following projects, in order to give back to the community of Maldives:

Constructed a children’s park parallel to Addu Road development project and built some infrastructure out of our scope.

Helped the local government in expediting the infrastructure development in the city of Fuahmulah in Gnaviyani Atoll, parallel to 2011 SAARC Summit. This includes the rehabilitation of the Fuahmulah General Stadium and roads.

East African Region (Rwanda)

Established in 2016, ICC Rwanda (Pvt) Ltd intends to penetrate the Rwandan construction market as a Building Material Manufacturer, whilst constructing cost effective housing for low to middle income families. We plan to construct a quarry and crusher plant near the country’s capital, Kigali, which has been approved by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and hope to progress toward manufacturing cement blocks, ready-mix concrete and precast concrete in the near future.
